CARLA: Audio Response System

Access Your Account Information By Phone 24/7

Our members can access their account information by calling our audio response system called CARLA and entering their Account Number and Password. Please contact the credit union for the Password.

The phone numbers for CARLA are 860-253-6884 or 888-448-6670.

Easily check your account balances, make check withdrawals, do transfers between accounts, inquire about cleared drafts and request tax information. A friendly voice will guide you through your transactions. Changes to your account are made immediately, accurately and confidentially.
